These terms apply when you use this site or its forms: booking a Clarity Call, requesting a resource, or registering for a workshop. Submitting a form means you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Give us real information. We use your name, email and message to respond to you, and false details just slow that down.

Don't use these forms for spam, abuse, or anything unlawful. We can remove access for anyone who does.

Coaching is not therapy, medical care, financial advice, or legal advice. Nothing on this site, in a resource, or in a workshop or coaching session replaces advice from a qualified professional. The decisions are yours to make.

A Clarity Call is free, with no obligation to work together afterwards. Workshop spots are confirmed once you register through the booking link. Coaching sessions may be recorded. We'll tell you beforehand. Need to reschedule or cancel? Email us and we'll sort it out.

The words, resources and materials on this site are ours, protected by copyright. Free resources are for your own use, not for resale or republishing. Anything you send us through a form is yours, and we use it as described in our Privacy Policy.

We take care to keep this site accurate and working, but can't promise it will be error-free or available every moment. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from following anything in a resource, workshop, or coaching session.

This site links to a small number of outside services, including the International Coaching Institute, which runs our free Mini Leadership Profile. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their own terms.

If these terms change, the new version will appear on this page with an updated date at the top.
