A real read on how you lead.

32 questions, about 7 to 10 minutes, no cost.

What it is

This short profile gives you a snapshot of how you think, make decisions and show up as a leader. It is based on the Meta Dynamics™ methodology. You get your leadership archetype with a percentage breakdown of how you scored, your strengths, and your stretch.

It reads you across four areas:

  • Environment, how you create direction and the culture around you
  • Structure, how you plan, strategise and build systems
  • Implementation, how you execute and stay focused on outcomes
  • People, how you build relationships and develop others

It is a summary, not a deep report. It is enough to see the pattern you lead from and where it tends to cost you.

It is not a report card. There is no good score and no bad score. It is a read on how you prefer to think, and preference usually follows where you have spent your time, not what you are capable of.

What to expect

  1. You will be taken to our partner's site.

    The profile was created and is owned by the International Coaching Institute, and it runs on their site. The link opens in a new tab.

  2. You fill in your details.

    First name, last name, email and phone number, and you tick to agree to their privacy and confidentiality statement.

  3. You answer 32 questions.

    Most people take 7 to 10 minutes. There is no right answer, so go with your first instinct rather than the answer you think you should give.

  4. Within 48 hours we unpack it together.

    Your results come through to me and I read them before we talk. You can book a time with me yourself, or leave it with me and I will send your results and book you in. That conversation is where the profile stops being interesting and starts being useful.

Before you start

  • There is no cost.
  • Your details go to the International Coaching Institute, who run the profile under their own privacy policy.
  • You will not see a score on screen when you finish. Your results come to me first, and I read them before we talk.
